Amine Catalyst A-33
Amine Catalyst A-33 is one of the most widely used gel catalysts in flexible polyurethane (Flexible Slabstock) foam systems. A-33, which chemically contains triethylenediamine (TEDA), is usually found in diluted form in dipropylene glycol and effectively catalyzes the polyol–isocyanate reaction in the production of polyurethane.
A-33 catalyst provides excellent cell stability by controlling the gel phase of the foam. In this way, more homogeneous, elastic and high spring-back foams are obtained. It can be used safely in a wide range of processes, from low-density slabstock production to molding applications.
A-33 is often used in combination with A-1 (blowing catalyst) and T-9 (tin catalyst), allowing precise adjustment of reaction times. This combination increases production stability by providing perfect balance during the creaming and curing stages.
Amine Catalyst A-33, supplied by Areks Kimya, offers maximum quality, control and efficiency in polyurethane systems with its high purity level, consistent performance and easy dosing.
