DMCHA
DMCHA is a highly active blowing and gel catalyst that is widely used in rigid polyurethane (Rigid PU) systems. This catalyst, which has the chemical structure of N,N-Dimethylcyclohexylamine, is one of the basic components that initiate the creaming period in polyurethane production.
DMCHA catalyst helps to form a stable and thin-celled foam structure by accelerating the reaction between isocyanate and water. It gives excellent results especially in processes that require fast reactions such as spray systems, polyisocyanurate (PIR) applications and panel production. Thanks to its controlled reactivity profile, it balances the premature expansion of the foam and reduces the risk of collapse.
When used with other amine or tin catalysts, DMCHA provides ideal timing between creaming and gel phases. In this way, both physical stability and repeatable quality are achieved during the production process.
DMCHA catalyst offered by Areks Kimya is a reliable and efficient solution in rigid polyurethane systems with its high purity formulation, stable performance and environmentally compatible properties.
