Silicone GV-420

Silicone GV-420, offered to the polyurethane industry by Areks Kimya, is a silicone-based foam stabilizer with medium viscosity and strong balancing effect that provides high performance in flexible slabstock (block sponge) production. The special structure of the product allows obtaining homogeneous, open-celled and flexible sponges by precisely controlling the cell size during the foam formation process.

GV-420 provides superior stability, especially in high density sponge systems and high reactivity formulations. It prevents foam collapse, preserves the block form and provides smooth surface quality. Thanks to its wide operating tolerance, it can be used safely in both manual and continuous production lines.

The low volatile compound (VOC) rate reduces production costs by offering high efficiency at low dosage while adapting to environmentally friendly production processes.
